Trainer Notes: Week 2

With week two down and out our girl Jana is still left working harder than ever!!! She is starting to get over that muscle soreness; however general fatigue has been the biggest obstacle. When training five days a week along with doing some extra cardio on the side it is only normal for the body to feel worn down. The good news is that Jana understands this and is working hard to fight thru it, which we have no doubt in or minds that she will.
