Meal Plan: Week 1
With nutrition being one of the most important aspect of weight loss, and so many different routes to take with it, we decided to start basic. This week we discussed typical meals and meal times with Jana. By figuring out what she is normally eating and what time she is eating we were able to adjust her intake levels and eating times. We gathered that Jana typically eats on the healthier side of the food spectrum which was a great first step towards her nutrition goal.
