Trainer Notes: Week 1
Week one has come and gone without a hitch, other than the typical muscle soreness and fatigue. It is the least Jana can expect when she has been working as hard as she has. We started the week with a fitness assessment to get a solid baseline for Jana so we can record and compare her progress. The great news with Jana is she has no physical limitations so we were able to jump right in and get after her training.
